Divers Tech Service OS is the all-in-one operating system built specifically for dive shops. It automatically generates invoices, waivers, and payment links the moment a repair, class, or dive is booked — and tracks payment status in real time, so nothing falls through the cracks. Shops save hours of manual follow-up: the system reminds customers when their gear is due for annual service, and when a diver signs up for a boat or shore dive, it automatically lets them know which of their past dive buddies are already on the roster, turning every trip into a reason to bring old customers back. For shops running our Electronic Flow Telemetry hardware, DTS OS integrates seamlessly, pulling bench results straight into the customer's service record with no extra setup.
Divers Tech Service also provides our own Electronic Flow Telemetry software, compatible out of the box with Scuba Instruments flow benches and configurable to work with others. We're currently developing our own line of flow bench hardware — three versions of the DTS Electronic Flow Telemetry Bench, each suited to a different shop's workflow.
A standalone Electronic Flow Telemetry bench built around the same fundamentals as the Scuba Instruments bench, but fully automated. Hook up the first and second stage, press start, and onboard actuators, solenoids, and servos modulate flow rate, incoming tank pressure, and the tank valve on their own. The F1 graphs how flow rate and intermediate pressure change across different stages of applied vacuum or magnehelic pressure, and runs a leak test by monitoring for any pressure loss after the tank valve is shut.
A standalone breath-cycling machine that simulates a 10-minute dive, starting at 3,400 PSI and ending at 500 PSI. Throughout the simulated dive it records and graphs the correlation between magnehelic and intermediate pressure on every breath, then automatically runs a leak test at the end and alerts the user if anything is detected.
An all-in-one Electronic Flow Telemetry bench with a built-in breath-cycle simulator. Hook up the first and second stage, press start, and the machine breaks in new regulator parts by cycling through a simulated 10-minute dive. If no leaks are detected, it moves on automatically to the full flow telemetry test and data collection — no knobs to adjust, though manual override is always available if you want it.

Divers Tech Service began with a simple problem: dive shops were running on paper tickets, spreadsheets, and gut instinct, while the equipment they served got more sophisticated every year. Founder Alexander Philippe Hartl, a PADI Professional and certified technical CCR diver, built DTS OS to close that gap — giving shops the same invoicing, scheduling, waiver, and payment automation that larger operations take for granted, alongside a growing line of Electronic Flow Telemetry hardware built to bring lab-grade regulator diagnostics to any bench.
DTS operates within a network of dive professionals whose combined experience spans recreational and technical instruction, rebreather diving, underwater film and TV safety coordination, and search & recovery work around the world.
